Daniel is a Family Nurse Practitioner, certified by ANCC. He earned a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine, then changed to human medicine and obtained first a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, then a Doctorate of Nursing Practice.
Daniel chose his specialty as he likes to talk to people and listen to their stories. He empathizes and always strives to help navigate life’s challenges. The Family Nurse Practitioner specialty provided a perfect platform to keep Daniel engaged in pursuing this passion. He enjoys doing minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, cauterization, incisions, drainage, wound care packing, and joint injections.
Daniel previously volunteered with Lutheran Services of South West (Refugee Focus), where he helped the newly arrived refugees navigate the complex healthcare system, took them to PCP appointments, assisted with translations and managed their medications.
When he is not working, Daniel enjoys hiking, working on his trucks, and spending time with family.
