I grew up in Southern California and later moved to the East Coast to attend Amherst College. After college, I taught high school math in Rio Grande City, Texas, a town near the border. Later, I went to UCLA School of Law and worked as a lawyer for a few years. But my love for science and my desire to help more people led me to a career in medicine. I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. I’m excited to be part of the first class of the MHC Family Medicine Residency Program, where I can learn and serve the local community.
